Africa Call of the Wild

The Call of the Wild Adventure is the component of our African Trilogy with the greatest focus on observing Africa’s wildlife. This is the only African motoryclce tour that combines motorcycle touring with luxury game lodges to ofer an "in-depth" experience with the continent's incredible wildlife. The Adventure begins in Sandton, South Africa (suburban Johannesburg) and continues through Botswana and Namibia, with a side trip to Victoria Falls in Zambia. The trip ends in Cape Town with a ride around the stunning Cape Peninsula, including Chapmans Peak Drive, Signal Hill and Table Mountain.

Features of the trip include:

  • A ride to a five-star game lodge in South Africa's Waterberg Mountians, including numerous game drives in 4-wheeled safari vehicles to see Africa's "Big Five" (lion, rhino, leopard, cape buffalo, and elephant) - as well as a wide variety of other wildlife
  • Three nights in Kasane, Botswana, providing ample time for a day ride to Vicotria Falls in Zambia. The saty also includes a river cruise on the Chobe River and opportunites to do game drives in Chobe National Park
  • A stay at a luxury tented lodge in Nata and in Maun on the Okavango Delta (all luxury tented lodges that are incorporated into the trip include full "ensuite" bath facilities).
  • An optional helicopter flight over the Okavango Delta is available.
  • Three nights at a luxury lodge in Namibia's famed Etosha National Park, where guests may use their own 4-wheeled vehicles to go on their own daily game drives.

Jamie Elvidge, editor of Motorcycle Escape Magazine described the Call of the Wild as "the coolest way to ride a motorcycle from one safari to another."
